About Bob & Linda Buchan
Bob Buchan, holding degrees in counseling psychology and theology, has been a pastor since 1979, founding four churches and the Christian Community Network in Ohio. He served as Marriage and Family pastor at Heritage Christian Church and has extensive mission experience across Africa and Ukraine. Bob is an author of several books and worship songs.
Linda Buchan, with a B.S. in Nutrition Education and certification as a Life Coach, has worked extensively in counseling and church leadership. She coordinated volunteers at Heritage Christian Church and led ministry teams internationally. Together, they have five children.
Mentoring People, Equipping Leaders
Bob and Linda are available to provide coaching for leaders of church and non-profit ministries. Gifted leaders are essential for organizational health. They are blessed with vision, which can be defined as a “picture of a preferable future.”
When leaders comprehend a vision, they must also learn to communicate the vision in a clear and compelling way. And they must wisely gather people together and build a team to accomplish their goals. Bob and Linda have extensive experience in leadership development.
